Deliverability
Email warmup, bounce monitoring, and best practices.
Deliverability
Good deliverability means your emails land in the inbox, not the spam folder. Pipelime includes several features to optimize deliverability.
Email Warmup
New email accounts start with low sending volumes and gradually increase over 14 days:
| Day | Daily Limit |
|---|---|
| 1-3 | 5 |
| 4-7 | 15 |
| 8-10 | 30 |
| 11-14 | 50 |
| 15+ | Full configured limit |
This builds sender reputation with email providers.
Bounce Rate Monitoring
Pipelime tracks bounce rates per email account over a rolling 7-day window:
- < 2% — Healthy, normal operation
- 2-5% — Degraded, monitoring closely
- > 5% — Auto-paused, requires attention
When an account is paused due to high bounce rates, it's automatically excluded from campaign sends.
Send Limits & Account Rotation
Distributing sends across multiple email accounts improves deliverability:
- Each account sends within its daily limit
- Rotation distributes volume evenly
- If one account is paused, others continue
- New accounts respect warmup limits
Best Practices
- Personalize — Use template variables for personalized subjects and opening lines
- Small batches — Add contacts in batches rather than all at once
- Clean lists — Remove invalid emails before importing
- Verify domains — Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured for sending domains
- Monitor bounces — Review bounce reasons and clean your contact list
- Respect limits — Don't increase daily limits beyond what your domain reputation supports
- Warm up properly — Let new accounts complete the full warmup schedule
